  : Location is perfect, 2 minutes away from Rialto bridge!! The staff is very kind and helpful !! The room we stayed was at 3o floor and unfortunatelly there was no elevator. Otherwise it was ok.

  : Very good location.Newly renovated bathroom.No noise.
  : Very small room (but is an old venetian house!!!).A renovation of certain areas would be beneficial. An a proper declogging of the shower drainage.Good to know: it has no elevator (no issue for us though).

  : Location. Close to Rialto bridge and central for St Marks square
  : 5 flights up with no lift and no prior warning. The receptionist on duty was even embarrassed to tell us. No WiFi on 5th floor even though advertised as having WiFi therefore ran out of data during our stay. Very tired property Desperately in need of a complete overhaul as advertised as 3 star and wouldnt even rate it as a 2 star. Damp smelling when entering property and Stair carpet old, stained and needing a vacuum. Attic Room very small and bathroom absolutely tiny. Practically Need to stand in shower cubicle to sit on toilet. No room to dry yourself or get dressed after shower. No eating facility even for breakfast. Was told on arrival we had a roof terrace which was a platform with water tank in among the pigeons and looking into neighbouring roofs. Hardly a view however in the heat especially after climbing 5 flights of stairs was welcomed if any breeze at all. Would definitely not recommend to my family and friends.

  : It is very well placed, in the heart of Venice. Staff available to help, the room is comfortable and clean.
  : The pressure of the hot water in the shower was not good. There was also an unpleasant smell in the stairs of the building.
