  : 1. Electricity went out 3 times first night (total 30 min) and next morning over 1 hour. 2. 1st night, Front desk lied and said there were no more rooms/ apt available, so we were not transferred that night. 3. New apt next day: took 3+ hours calls and to move our stuff, and no hot water trying to shower (until they fixed it). 4. New apt was Cold (2 windows were left open with 52 degrees outside). Received 1 small heater for 2 Bedroom Apt.

  : Nice cozy apartment for 4. Safe environment. Good location! Hard to find the reception to get the keys. It was in a totally different hotel than advertised Service minded and professional staff. Good service

  : The apartment was dated. Some furniture was broken(the sofa & 1 single bed). There was every utensil you could want except a bottle opener.
