: Great location in a less touristy part of Venice, while still being an easy walk to all of the main sights. We liked the neighbourhood, lots of nice bars and restaurants nearby. Host was brilliant, quick and clear communication and went out of his way to ensure we were looked after!
: The property could be even better with a comfortable lounge sitting area (only sofa bed as the couch currently).

: It's a spatious flat and the location is good with the railways, bus, tram and boats (vaporetto) and restaurants nearby.
: The open space in between the two bedrooms which may keep the other one awake because of the light from the other room.

: The property was very nice with lots of character. It was a nice, quick walk from the train station. Having a small kitchen was handy. The apartment we stayed at was on the ground floor which meant it was easily accessible.All facilities at the property worked well.
: There wasnt anytime we particularly didnt like, however there were a couple of things that we observed which could have caused some discomfort if we had stayed longer:There was no door to the small bedroom which meant it was easy to disturb the person staying in that room with lights and talking.The kitchen was only accessible from the small bedroom by going through the big bedroom.

: Quiet area, outside of the main tourist zone, restaurants around the corner, short walk to nearest shops, very close to bus station and water bus. About a half hour walk from St Marks Sq. Great communication from the host.
: From the photos we thought we might be able to sit out in the little courtyard but it was a window rather than a door.
