  : The location of the apartments is good. Quiet area. You can walk to the railway and bus stations. The Vopareto stop for Murano and Burano is close too.We stayed in the Merlot apartment. It has a nice view into the courtyard.The host met us at the apartment. He recommended us places to visit and presented us a bottle of wine. Kitchen. There are all the necessary utensils, olive oil, ground coffee and a capsule coffee machine.
  : Bedroom. No duvet covers at all. Only sheets and old blankets. Its absolutely not hygienic and unhealthy for us. We asked for duvet covers but the host refused our request. We noticed spots on one of the sheets. The host brought two new sheets in our absence.Bathroom. The drain is clogged. There is no shelf in the shower to put your bathroom accessories. The shower door does not close tightly. Inconvenient towel hooks. The towels fall off them.Kitchen. No salt and sugar. We stayed 5 nights. The host left 2 tablets for the dishwasher.There is no coat rack at the entrance. Its inconvinince in wet and rainy weather.

  : We loved the location, very close to a great area for food and aperitivo along a quiet canal. Great, large, comfortable apartment with lovely views from every window! Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend!

  : Although we advised hosts when on Vaporetto, we still waited for about 15- 20 minutes in pouring rain for host to arrive. Given this was our 3rd time with these hosts, and we will be returning to book with them next March, please take this as an observation rather than complaint. Giacomo & Hulia are great hosts and always willing to help.

  : Location ca. 18 min Walking distance from Station S. Lusia. Big enough for 2 people. Very quiet.
  : A lot of mosquitoes. The drain in shower doesnt work well

  : The location was great. Not far from Water bus. Not far from anything on foot but in quiet location with good quality restaurants and bars around. Easy to get to Despar too and a bakery for breakfast. Lovely wine left for us on arrival.
  : Beds were a bit hard for me. Could have more cutlery and glasses but that's just a suggestion.
