  : Close to St Mark's Square. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearbyRelatively close to vaparetto stop.
  : Signage needed to be more prominent. We initially walked straight past the front door.

  : Location. Its few minutes walk from the San Marcos.
  : Staff was annoyed and not nice in talking when the next morning we said "We thought it include breakfast?". She said " We ask you last night if you want breakfast and you told my colleague, no, so no!" Real story is we booked with BFAST but during the checkin my husband didn't know it is included and the staff didnt say we have breakfast included so when he asked "do you want breakfast? " My husband said no, because he thought its additional fee while the truth is it's already paid.

  : Fantastic location! Great restaurants nearby and incredibly easy to navigate Venice using the vaporetto. Rooms are really clean and facilities are clean!
  : Air conditioning didn't work very well in our room and there was a smell in our bathroom when we first checked in.

  : Location was awesome.
  : We booked a tour through the hotel and given direction to go to the bus terminal and meet the tour guides. We were given a voucher with no phone numbers. We were waiting in the wrong location and when redirected by tour company as to the meet up point they departed with our us. Neither the tour company nor the hotel took responsibility for this problem and the kept our money.

  : While Hotel Bridge in Venice offered coziness and friendliness, the area didn't meet my liking, and the room was somewhat smaller than expected. Personal preferences regarding the surroundings and room size can significantly influence the overall satisfaction of a stay. It's important to consider individual preferences when choosing accommodations to ensure they align with expectations for a more enjoyable experience.
