  : The location and the size of the apartment were great. The rooms were good sized, with plenty of bedding.
  : Apartment wasn't very clean. Dirty dishes, stains on Kitchen walls. Google maps does not take you to the correct building so finding the right building took a few minutes. Small TV, Prices were much higher than Rome, not sure why. 70 euro cleaning fee but apartment wasn't clean for us.

  : Lovely, light, spacious apartment. Location is perfect for being central to getting around the different parts of Venice, whilst at the same time being away from the busy tourist areas. Lovely amenities on the doorstep - restaurants, bakery, pizza takeaway, shops, little square with a couple of bars and ATM machine and close to drop off point for water bus (even closer if you get a private water taxi as it drops you literally 30 seconds walk from the front door!)Good communication from owner regarding finding the apartment and getting the keys etc
  : Hadn't realised the mosquito situation is quite bad at this time of year - would be great if there were a couple of mosquito plug-ins or repellent spray in the apartment

  : Good location. Comfortable,clean flat
  : Would have loved a view and pretty courtyard to overlook. But that was not in the description so I knew what we were getting.

  : The location was perfect -in a quiet square in the Sestriere San Polo (neighbourhood) but a 5-10 minute walk away from very lively areas (Campo San Stin or Campo San Giacomo da l'Orio), key attractions (Rialto Bridge and Canal Grande) and several terminals of the ferry (San Stae, Riva de Biasio, Rialto Mercato) Several nice restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. Great bakery/brasserie (MAJER S.Agostino) next door for morning cappuccino and croissants. Very clean, large apartment with enough space for the children to play and chase each other. Nice fluffy duvets and comfy beds. Well-finished apartments. Easy self check-in. Good quality-price ratio for Venice.
  : - The apartment is large, but due to the space, tiled floors and few/small pieces of furniture, it felt quite cold. Perhaps adding some carpets or a larger table -or raising the heating a few degrees, could help with this. - The garbage disposal system is a bit of a nightmare, with specific days, locations and timeslots to bring your different kinds of waste. It is not the apartment management's fault, this is the system in Venice. It would be nice for guests if the management/cleaning personnel could take care of it on the guests' departure.
