  : The location is perfect, in a very quiet lane of Venice - only a couple of minutes walk to the station and shops, 2 streets back from the Grand Canal. Overlooks a pretty Park. We were a group of 5, so it was great to have 2 bathrooms. The washing machine was a bonus for us after 3 weeks of travelling and hand washing. The apartment, beautifully decorated in the elegant traditional style, has a big lounge room with enough seats for a group, as well as a big dining table. There are 2 bedrooms (1 ensuite), the 3rd bed being a fold out bed in the lounge room - which was very comfortable (and in a corner of the lounge room, so it didnt impede on the space at all).The Apartment is on the 2nd floor but there is a small elevator which was great. Last, but by no means least, our lovely Hosts Renzo and Paula. They are very friendly and helpful, providing us with much appreciated local knowledge.
  : The pillows were a bit hard, which is quite common when travelling - I brought my own so I had no problem

  : Spacious living room. It was quaint. Walking distance to many places. Loved the lift.
  : No closet space in bedroom 2. Kitchen disorganized dishes all over the place. Small showers. Hairdryer didnt plug in. Beds were ok. Bad big bites - over 60 bites in 2 days. Lumpy living room furniture- worn out. Far distance from water taxis. Complicated to get there. A map would have been nice. Maybe include a list of preferred restaurants to go to. Maybe have a book for guests to share experiences. No dryer and very small wash line for drying. Across from a very active and sometimes noisy park.
