  : The location is very quiet. Off the main street. The staff was very responsive to our concerns regarding cleanliness.The kitchen is nice.
  : Bathroom had a bad smell like it hadn't been cleaned but cleaning staff came to clean the next day and the smell was gone. Sheets, linens, and decor were somewhat outdated.

  : We were met at the rail station and guided to our apartment by a very knowledgeable person. It was only an 8 minute walk with our luggage in tow. Beautiful modern apartment and responsive hosts.
  : The only glitch was that the apartment had not been cleaned before our arrival. That was remedied while we went out for dinner and cleaning was substantially finished when we returned. I think it would have been nice for the owners to have supplied a starter pack for the dishwasher. Otherwise we loved the place and its location.

  : We loved that it was located outside of touristy area. The restaurants around were great. The crowd was much smaller and local. Having two baths was great for the 6 of us.
  : The quality of pillows could improve as well as getting a shower hanger to put shampoo and stuff.

  : Spacious main floor property away from the main tourist attractions. Nice courtyard. Quaint neighbourhood- quiet but great restaurants, grocery store etc.
  : It was quite a walk from the main tourist attractions, not that walkable with children or elderly but manageable using the water bus. One shower didnt drain. in the evenings some mosquitos around.

  : The host was very accomodating with our arrival and easy to communicate with. He took the time to show us of the map nice places to visit and to eat, the best gelateria downtown, how to get tickets for transportations... They provided a very informative book with lots of explanations about the apartment and things like how to take care of the trash. They provided a bed for my toddler and a high chair. A bottle of prosecco was offered as a welcome gift which is a very sweet attention. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio where we could have dinner in the evening. It was definitely great highlight for this place. The location was awesome, very close to the many interesting sites and the "vaporetto" (taxi boat) that takes you pretty much everywhere. Private taxi boat companies can drop you and pick you up pretty much at the door to get you to the airport which is very convenient particularly if you are travelling with kids or elderly people so that you don't have to drag your suitcase in the narrow streets. I highly recommend the place.
  : This is not really a complain but more a note for other travellers with young kids. The place might not be the best suited for younger kids mostly because there is no bath so you have to wash them in the shower or the sink. It was not a problem for us as our kids are used to it. There is no cover for the electric plugs and some of the decoration had to be moved up so that my youngest would not break it. Again, not too much of an issue but we made sure that we closely supervised our kid all the time.
