  : The location. The apartemt has three bedrooms and a "sala da pranzo". The bathroom was rather ok. The hosts provided immediately for the dishes and kitchen equpment we asked for because it was missing.
  : Considering the price of the apartment we were quite surprised with the minimum furniture and equipment it was furnished with. Everything in it is reduced to the bare minimum and the host hasn't made any adjustments to make the guests feel comfortable: from the old sheets and suspicious looking beadspreds, uncomfortable matrasses to the illumination. There is no oven in the kitchen and its equpment is reduced to the bare minimum or the cheapest possible kitchenware. Not a snug and comfortable place to be in.

  : Position. Quietness. Close to facilities and ferry stop. Clean.
  : Kettle needed to be replaced which took 4 days out of our 5 day stay. Personally I found the bed uncomfortable. Water pressure very low for shower. Toilet flush not powerful enough for essential flushing.

  : The location is perfect! We loved the island, nice bars and restaurants - enough to chose, a few different shops for groceries and a bakery around the corner. Close to the vaporetto stop for the main line 2, which makes it easy to go around everywhere you want without waiting long. The apartment is in a garden behind a closed door which makes it quiet, the apartment building is old but clean.
  : The general appearance of the apartment. The furniture was just put together, some might call it antique but at it's best it was brocante... The beds were noisy, the airco in the living room had a hard time cooling down the bedrooms, the water tap in the kitchen was hanging to the sink with a lot of kit to avoid leaking, the shower was leaking despite the amount of kit somebody used there. The kitchen was okay, but old and cheap. No oven, no dishwasher and no frying pan (the last one we missed the most).

  : This is a lovely spacious apartment with 2 large bedrooms and 1 smaller one. Beds were very comfortable. The apartment has a good size kitchen and bathroom with everything you could need for a short break. The situation of the apartment is lovely as it's just across the water from Doges palace, st Mark's square which means a short water bus ride away from the main sites of Venice and then back again for some peace. We really enjoyed sitting outside one of the various cafes drinking a glass of wine and watching the activity on the water. There is a small well stocked supermarket in walking distance.We arrived from the airport by boat at night. The red line goes to Zittelle (I think that's the name) which is the stop you will need. Red line was finished when we arrived so took blue. It's quite a long journey as so many stops. With hindsight we would have taken a water taxi (if feeling flush) or got off the blue line at st marks square and caught the 4.1 or 4.2 (can't remember which goes which way, but you need one of those) across. Absolutely loved Venice although it is extremely busy. We went to st Mark's basillica around 16.15 and walked straight in without queuing, so would recommend leaving this till the cruisers have gone back aboard.
  : Didn't seem to be any facility to recycle glass, plastic etc although maybe this was done after we left? Take mosquito spray.

  : The apartment is amazing. Huge, bright, ultraclean and oldfashioned in a good way. The location is perfect, if you want to escape the toutist hotspots, but you can reach them with a vaporetto in 5 minutes (Zitelle-San Marco). Good connection to the Bienale Giardini and Arsenale. Direct connection to the train station. Kataryna, who welcomed us, was very kind and helpful.

  : Property was chosen as the location was closer to our next destination. We were contacted upon arrival into Venice and met at the property with keys and a quick show round of the amenities. It was spotlessly clean and well air con'd.
  : The beds were old fashioned spring types so quite firm and noisy, even turning over. But that's a very marginal point.

  : Kateryna was great at communicating with me and the place, booked for my parents, was lovely! They were very happy with their stay.

  : The location of the apartment, how clean it was , kitchen and apartment was well equipped.wifi excellent throughout
  : Due to a problem with the plumbing downstairs we where unable to use kitchen sink .which we we're informed of on arrival.A washing up bowl would have been useful, as the bathroom sink did not hold water and washing up was very difficult
