  : Really great location & property was clean. Bed was comfortable. Hot tub was hot & always on. The water during day light seemed a little green but that could be because of the tub color - we still used it and always showered afterwards & had no problems. There is no heat here so it’s warmed through space heaters & heated blankets. I felt like there were plenty available & some fuzzy blankets to use! Even though it got cold at night- we felt warm with what was provided. Appreciated the use of a washer & drier with laundry detergent available. The kitchen was great (not much around the volcanos in term of grocery store so definitely buy your groceries at the supermarkets located about 40mins away). The kitchen had:-leftover cooking oils, some salt & pepper, a few other seasonings- Stainless steel pots & pans- Cutting board & knife block- Pyrex liquid Measuring cup- Baking sheet & a baking glass dish - electric mixer- Blender- Rice cooker- Microwave - Toaster Overall we really enjoyed our stay here!
  : Shower seemed to only be warm/hot or cold no real in between, water pressure was only okay. All the fees that added up on top of the base price shown made the value a little more expensive.

  : Location, near volcano park. Kitchen well equipped.
  : There are two units, this is about the unit on the right. The place is damp and cold, heating is provided by a portable heater which is definitely not enough. The bed has an electric blanket, which is desperately needed because the blankets are damp.

  : The cottage/lodge is really cute, it had all the facilities you could need in the kitchen, a very big bathroom with washer and drier. The bed was comfortable too. I loved the jacuzzi on the patio and the fact that it was in a green and quiet area.
  : We had some issues with communication with the host, I tried to call many times hours before our arrival since I never received the door code email and instructions about how to reach the property without luck. I tried to call again closer to check in time (6:30 PM) and had no reply so I messaged through booking app. Eventually I received a message back saying I should have received an email with instruction and that the host couldn’t help as she was boarding a plane. Considering that I called the first time at 11AM and then from 5:30PM until we found the cottage, this doesn’t seem a fair reason to not answer the phone or call back especially when you have people checking in.The cottage smells of mold and it’s very humid.It wasn’t too clean, there were spiderwebs and both the toilet and the jacuzzi hadn’t been used or flushed in a while so they both had a yellow patina.I forgot to say our neighbour had a similar issue with checking in, they had a code and alternative numbers to call but upon their arrival the door lock with the code wasn’t working and they weren’t able to call the host. Eventually they came to us and asked for help as it was dark and they had no access to the property. Together we called Gary and left a voicemail asking for help. I suggested the neighbors to go for dinner and I think they were able to access the property only after 2 hours!!!

  : The house was beatiful and the kitchen fully equiped. The house had everything we could possibly need and very spacious.
  : It was a bit cold at night, if you are looking for a location near the warm beaches look in the north of the island

  : Great location, good facilities (such as hot tub, laundry machines) and thoughtful supplies (those little extras you might want/need).
  : We slept on the futon - It was difficult to set up and really uncomfortable (recommend they install a real pull-out couch). Also the heating was very inefficient - we were there in January so it was cold at night (recommend they install fans to push the air down from the vaulted ceiling where it was probably toasty warm).
