  : The location was prime! The corporate customer service agent, Chris, was amazing and helped us out tremendously. He would get a 5-star review, but absolutely nothing about else about this was even close to acceptable.
  : It was filthy and smelled horribly of stale smoke and marijuana. We had to wash my son's feet before putting him to bed after playing barefoot in the condo for a couple of hours. There was food on top of the paper towels, the glass coffee table had not been wiped down, and I cant even guess when the last time the floors were mopped, as you can see form the photo with the baby wipe. There were bed linens left in the floor of one of the bedroom closets. I have photographs of everything. The only reason we stayed the 1 night was because we had worked all day, then traveled 5 hours with a 2 year old and didn't get there until 10pm.

  : the front door code did not work. had to call the staff to get us in. it can also help to give the option of purchasing parking during booking to eliminate a separate step

  : I loved the location and the layout of the apartment. It was my wife and I, our kids and my mom so it worked out great that my wife and I had a room, my mom had her own room and the kids slept in the living room.
  : We found out as soon as we got there that the bed frame was broken in one of the rooms so we ended up having to move the mattress to the floor. I didnt want knock them too hard for this as things happen but it would of been nice to not have to sleep in the floor for the whole time.
