  : Beautiful and spacious apartment, great location, good for couples or a family, cleanliness A+, good equipped kitchen, The two beds were comfortable, natural light through the windows, close to public transportation, close to everything, great internet, central air conditioning with thermostat. The host was friendly and hospitable, he gave us some recommendations.
  : Poor light in the dining room, We suggest to place lights (lamps) around the dining room. There is not a house manual indicating the amenities and how to use the facilities such as the stove, the electric stove was off, with no power, we didn’t knew how to turn on it. we reported it to the host and an engineer came very soon to the apartment to turn on the power.

  : the apartments are located in an excellent location, all sights can be reached on foot. the apartment is quite clean, everything you need
  : unfortunately I am disappointed with my stay in this apartment. On the negative side, when booking an apartment, I immediately wrote that we needed a crib for the baby, they promised me to provide it. when we checked in, there was no crib for the baby, we called the manager, at first they said that they would be able to provide it to us the next day, this option did not suit us and the manager promised to provide a crib in the evening (the crib was brought to us at 7 pm). but the main disadvantage is the air conditioner, which does not work for heat. the temperature in the apartments did not rise above 65 degrees, cold air was blowing, although the regime was warm. we again turned to the manager, but there was no reaction. because of this I can not recommend this accommodation for living

  : The location was amazing! We enjoyed Boston and walked everywhere. The people are friendly, the city is very clean, and there is a lot to do. Definitely a great trip! We ❤️Boston!
  : The property was older and not as nice as the photos online. The pool was closed for renovations. There was a hole in the bathroom wall. I didn’t like that they didn’t want you talking to the front desk. I also didn’t like that we got a notice of the property lease being up and they would no longer resign with the owner. That was not a good sign. Overall the location is great and the host was very nice.

  : Lobby always has 4 security please there, it very intimidating. I had visitors as I am researcher and they caused constant problems and intimidated my guests rather than just send them up or let me know to meet them downstairs.

  : Location and facility is very good. This is a residential tower with 24 hour security.
  : Apartment was not as listed. This was listed as a 1200 square foot Maisonette with queen and pullout sofa. Instead it was a full size bed and couch that didn’t convert to a bed. The apartment was about 750 square feet. The host gave us some blankets and a partial refund. The laundry that was listed as part of the unit was actually in the hallway and shared with other units on the floor.

  : Checkin was a little stressful. Not enough towels and the pull out couch was too uncomfortable and he slept on the couch.
