  : It was way too simple for the amount of money we paid for this room. It's a fine hotel, but for more than 500 dollars a night you expect much more. Staff was kinda friendly, but not really. Lots of renovations were going on in the hotel, which did not add to the experience.

  : AKA and Booking scam you. They allowed four of us to sleep in one bed. The publication is misleading. Nobody takes charge. A shame. They pass the responsibility between them and the only one who pays is the Client. Regrettable.

  : Room layout for 2 queens was exceptional.Loved the large bathroom.A/C operation was fabulous.Quiet hallway and recess into room.Unbelievable location near Common.Didn't try any of the amenities so can't comment. We never use many of the hotel amenities during our visits.
  : Need to improve location and increase the outlet and charging ports in the room layout.Fix sealing around room door to limit noise from hallway.

  : The room was large and clean. Great location right on Boston Commons. The staff was great. Very friendly and helpful. It was a very busy day there due to a parade and the bellmen and lobby staff stayed cool under the pressure. "Better Sorts" lounge was great for meals and drinks.
  : There was no mention of the hotel being under construction on the website or in speaking with hotel staff. Photos of a beautiful lobby and an area with a pool table were concept photos. There was no lobby and the reception area was quite tight. They didn't have room service which was a surprise. Also, I requested early check-in, which they were eventually able to accommodate (about 3 hours early), but they charged for it which I've never had happen. It just seemed like they were still getting off the ground or something. Not a well-oiled machine.

  : Airconditioning would not bring the temperature below 72 degrees F in the middle of Boston summer, regardless of what is on the thermostat. Hot and stuffy at night. Unacceptable for a $580/night room! Also, proximity to the church that rings bells from 6am every 15 minutes may be bothersome.

  : Where to start...First of all: the hotel is undergoing renovation without telling you this when you book your stay which means there really is no decent lobby, the pathway to the elevator is really narrow, a lot of the rooms have not been renovated... We asked for an upgrade but really got a downgrade: we booked a renovated king room and asked if there were upgrades available for a twin room, we paid exta and stayed in a old room which had not been renovated yet. The curtains where not working, in the bathroom the bottle of 'body wash' was empty, the ventilation in het bathroom was not working,... When we checked they even didn't bother to ask how our stay was. Not worth the money at all!!!
