  : Really nice apartment in good location. The kitchen was a bless. Bathroom was enjoyable. Laundry room in the basement. Would have stayed longer if possible.
  : Stains on furniture.The reservation process is annoying and complicated, but for safety reasons. Way too many textwall like messages on different platforms for check-in. The key is located somewhere else, which is also annoying.

  : The studio is ideally located in Beacon Hill, close to lots of shops, points of interest, and restaurants.
  : The procedure to effectively book the studio is lenghty and inconvenient: you are required to upload a selfie with your passport in hand, you must give personal information (name, phone numbers, email addresses) for all accompanying members, you must read a house manual with unexpected rules (e.g. you are supposedly not allowed to eat in the studio despite the presence of cooking appliances...). The keys must be retrieved and returned in a KeyCaf located +- 8 minutes by foot (walking the paved streets of Boston with lots of baggages is not really what you need after a long flight). But wait, there's more! The biggest downside is that your bed is juxtaposed to the wall separating the elevator shaft, so be prepared for A LOT of banging, shaking, and metallic noises, constantly from ~8am to ~11PM.

  : I loved the location!! You could literally walk anywhere and it made it super convenient
  : The key cafe check in part was pretty inconveniencing because you had to check in at a certain time and depending on your flight you had to either walk with your luggage or check your luggage somewhere and kill time. However I will say the travel management group did a great job providing directions to both key cafe and some bag checks. There was one issue with the key return which was not the travel managements faultthe market the key cafe was located in had randomly closed early so we walked to get the key dropped off and couldnt. BUTthe property management group was VERY responsive getting back to us on how to proceed.

  : The area was clean and comfortable. I had a good sleep. There were toiletries and towels ready in the restroom for easy use. Trash bins are conveniently set up too. Didn't use it but there are also cooking wears as well
  : The owner did not respond to my messages immediately. The process of obtaining keys is very complicated; instead of them handing the keys to me at the door, I had to go to "KeyCafe", which is a 0.3 mile walk away, to pick up my keys. It was difficult walking all the way, especially since I was dragging my 11kg luggage with me across the brick pavement up and downhill. I wish that this was stated in the description before I made the booking. Finally there is a "manual" that is provided through the booking.com message center for your stay. It is long and difficult to navigate.
