  : Good communication with host. Nice apartment. Excellent building amenities and location. Excellent security. We felt very safe here. Comfortable beds. Fabulous pool!
  : No hair dryer. Floors should have been cleaner, especially considering the cleaning fee - there was evidence of prior guests.A second key fob would have been convenient as we did separate during our stay.

  : The location was wonderful for seeing downtown Boston. The view of the skyline from the apartment was beautiful. The decor was nice. The beds were comfortable and the appliances very nice.
  : The main problem is that there is no one on site who can respond to issues that come up. For example, we ran out of toilet paper. There was no bottom sheet on the bed only a mattress pad. I was told that there would be a pod of laundry detergent for us to use but there was none and I received no response when I asked about it. The air conditioning reverted many times to temperatures that were too cold even though we regularly set it at 74°. There was one dinner plate and one glass for three of us although there were many stemmed glasses and some smaller salad plates.

  : Amazing location, nice apartment, lots of space (2 beds and a pullout couch), fantastic amenities (BBQ, corn hole, pool table, common rooms, pool).
  : Other than the fact that the host company wouldn't return my calls or messages and then canceled two of my reservations the afternoon before we flew across the country to stay here? The absolutely horrific customer service? The failure to refund my money for the two apartments they canceled the day before my trip? Oh, the pool was tiny and they limit the pool area to only 20 people.

  : Had a amazing stay in the heart of Boston. The apartment was very spacious to accommodate a family of six. The apartment is equipped with all the basic requirements. Apartment was handed over by Brandon, who was a wonderful host during our stay who was very helpful and flexible while managing our stay of around month and half.
  : The furniture felt a bit dated.

  : Because of a prior guest's health issue, we were unable to stay in the intended apartment, but another was found quickly. The customer service was excellent and they quickly worked with me to compensate for the inconvenience. The location of the alternative property was nice for our 2nd day activities and based on limited interactions, the staff there was quite friendly. Thrilled to have an in unit washer/dryer. Overall, a lovely stay.
  : Although smaller than planned, the alternative apartment itself was sufficient for us, but there was an issue with the windows not closing properly due to the handles being oddly installed, which caused a great deal of noise on a windy night. There were a couple of things missed in cleaning (soap residue left in the shower/tub shelving from a prior guest, dryer lint trap very full, etc) that, along with the windows, I brought to the attention of our host.
