  : Location. The suite would be cuter with some imagination and cleaning. It was quite while we slept.

  : I liked that it is a selfcheckin hotel. And I liked that the hotel is located in a very peaceful place. I was able to have a lot of hours of good sleep in this hotel. I d say this place is of good value.
  : There was nothing I did like. The only thing to consider before booking is, whether one is willing to share a bathroom and the kitchen with other tenants.

  : Location of this property was excellent. Price I paid for the unit was excellent. Neighborhood was excellent. I was in town for a concert and to visit a friend, so this property was chosen for proximity to both. The direction for access were excellent, the unit was clean, although the ceiling fan was pretty dusty (I didn't need it, but wouldn't have been able to due to allergy if I had.) Seems a bit odd, however, that there were 3 bottles of shampoo and NO conditioner in the bathroom. (I don't use shampoo and did bring my own toiletries, but this is listed as an amenity) I was satisfied overall with my stay, and if I return to visit this area of town, I would stay here again.
  : There was an odd burnt chemical odor upon entering the unit every time, and I was unable to figure out where it was coming from. The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, and I like firm beds, so that's saying alot...haha. The photos on the site showed a couch/love seat in the living area and also listed it on the amenities. There was no couch and only 2 very uncomfortable dining chairs where I would assume it had been. If my friend had actually come to stay with me( I paid for 2 guests) he would have had to sleep in the bed with me and not on the couch like he had planned. I had an issue with the Roku TV/WiFi that was quite annoying (occurred 2 separate times and different people - I assume other guests) - I was watching a program when all of a sudden the screen began logging a random person into YouTubeTV. I had to completely shut down the TV to make it stop, and messaged the manager about it. I never heard anything back. There were 2 TVs in the unit, but only one remote for the one in the bedroom and no way to use the on in the living area.
