  : the property has been cancelled without official notification at my arrival. this was quite distrustful coming from Europe and find myself in Chicago at late afternoon with no place to stay.

  : The location of the apartment is terrific. It is the main reason I chose this place. The apartment was comfortable as was the bed. It was clean and well maintained (except the TV didn't work).
  : I liked this apartment a lot and the only real complaint I have is that the TV didn't work. I couldn't find stations I'm used to watching and when I did find a channel to watch, after about 5 min or so, the picture would scramble and the sound would go in and out. Plus, there were no instructions on how to use the TV, Roku, etc.. Maybe this doesn't apply to this review, but I want to add that I booked this apartment thru Booking.com at least 3 weeks before my arrival date. I received a confirmation email with a number and pin as well so I felt everything was in order when I was leaving for my trip. About a week ahead, I sent an email asking when I would get my check-in instructions and they told me 24 hours before arrival. The night before my arrival I still had NOT received anything. I finally sent another message and someone actually called me. THEY SAID MANAGEMENT had not approved (or put through) my stay yet! THIS WAS THE NIGHT BEFORE ARRIVING!!!! The rep then asked me to send a pic of my driver's license, the credit card showing the last four digits, and one other thing (I forget now). I WAS NOT HAPPY as I was out with friends for dinner etc and was having to handle all this! I sent them the info and they then charged my credit card so I thought all was good. BUT at 2:00 am I STILL did not have my check-in instructions so I was once again texting them. Finally by 2:30 am they sent them to me but I was extremely disappointed in this whole mess!

  : Very clean, new furnishings, just adorable at a great price! Plan to stay here again.
  : Parking! There were only 3 cars in the big lot that isn’t supposed to be used so I think a parking pass should be given to allow guest to park nearby. This would be a key factor in customer satisfaction and higher rate of returning customers!

  : The pictures are nice, but I can’t verify that they are accurate since I was never allowed to stay.
  : I needed to complete some sort of phone interview with the property manager to complete my check-in process. After sharing that I work in a restaurant, they immediately ended the interview and later informed me they would not let me stay due to an “unexpected maintenance issue,” which seemed too convenient to be true. My money is just as good as anyone else’s, and I don’t get why they’re being so elitist when the asking price is so cheap. I would rather just be told the truth than to be so obviously lied to and have my time wasted. Don’t waste your time and money with these people.
