  : Superb location right on the hill in the same complex at the Sitz, only a few minutes walk to the lift. Had most things you need for a few days stay. There is a coffee machine, microwave and stove. Spacious condo.
  : Super old TV and no cleaning products were provided for washing up dishes. No coin machine for changing notes to quarters for using the laundry facilities.

  : The location was in a very nice area. There is a bakery and restaurant that is part of the building so it is very convenient. There is also a shuttle close buy to go up to the resort. We didn't cook while there but there did look to be enough in the kitchen to do so if you wanted tol
  : I realized when booking that this was going to be an older condo but the pictures do make it look both bigger and a little nicer than it was. Our biggest issue was that the cable box was out when we arrived and they were not able to fix it during our stay. There is no AC and it was warm during our stay so you have to keep the sliding door open and during the summer it doesn't get dark till about 2am so it makes it very difficult to sleep. This should not be an issue in the winter time. The host did offer me a partial refund for the cable not working which satisfied me on that issue.

  : The location - right by the lifts and two cute food places.
  : I booked this unit through Booking.com while I was traveling in Denali, knowing I will be visiting Girdwood in a few days. I thought the booking will be easy and smooth, but I was wrong. After I booked the place I started getting messages and emails from the management company Vecasa that I need to call them and submit additional information. They said they didn’t get my information from Booking.com and I had to resubmit it to them and I have to print and fax a form to them as well. When you are on the road that is not an easy task to do. The whole thing took at last an hour. On top of that, I didn’t receive any information on how to access the unit and obtain the key. When my child and I arrived in Girdwood, tired from hiking all day, we had to now walk to Vecasa’s office to see if they can help. The office in Girdwood was closed with two local phone numbers listed, but no one answered these. So I had to call the main office, a few times due to the bad connection. The representative emailedme some instructions, but they were so confusing, it took me quite some time locating the key lock boxes. We met another traveler, who was in our shoes lost and unable to find the keys to his unit,and we managed to help him as we already figured out the process. Bottom line is - this was the worst booking experience ever!The unit by itself wasn’t anything special. The best thing about it is its location. Right by the lifts and two amazing food places Jacks Sprat and the Baking Shop. Everything inside is quite outdated. It also smelled bad. We tried to air it out, but the smell lingered in throughout our stay.

  : I knew exactly where the unit was. I was looking for location more than anything. I was counting on Vacasa reputation. It did NOT meet our expectations
  : Safety issues abound and an accident waiting to happen. Black growth in the bath tub area, bathroom fan full of dust and not working. Stove temperature knob stripped, so no idea what temp you're on or if its on or off (lucky we didn't burn the place down). Cords hanging all over the place. Can't use more than one appliance at a time without blowing everything else out. TV was ancient and only one channel. Murphy bed was broken and dangerous, mattresses were terrible (covered with foam pads, but you could still feel springs sticking through them. Vacasa was supposed to provide a 40% discount for all the problems which STILL has not happened. Very disappointed. We won't be using Vacasa again as it is clear they have moved from quality to quantity.

  : great location, spacious, warm and clean
  : Vacasa, the managing agent, we’re pretty disorganised and didn’t send the checkin details so we had to call to get details of key collection. They also had a contract to sign which required a laptop which seems way too complicated for a holiday accommodation booking- I wasn’t trying to stay at the White House! About 4 days into our stay the information we were meant to get to check in arrived via email.
