Disappointing
Traveller Type: Family with Young Children
  : The location was right near the ski mountain. The hot tub, and fireplace were nice. Kids loved the loft area.
  : Walkways were not cleared well at all ice and packed snow where we almost fell a number of times. - No marked parking to show where to go or easy directions to find the chalet as it's behind other chalets. Was also not noted on the booking directions as well.-trash when we arrived we found out trash needed to be dumped out at a dumpster 3 minutes away from the chalet. Which is fine if you have a vehicle to haul your trash bags. Would have been nice to have this on the reservation information or informed if we needed to dump or if that will be taken care of by the cleaning team.-no manual when we arrived telling us what we needed to do before we left or how to work anything. So we were unsure of the hot tub besides showering before getting in, trash, parking, where to put towels or linens. So I was unsure of what to do with all the dirty towels so we piled them together.-kitchen was not stocked with cooking utensils. No cooking spoons but a slotted spoon. But no wooded spoons, ladels, etc. We made due but would have been nice to have some cooking supplies. Also no toaster was available which I was surprised by but just used the oven.Last in the kitchen was one of the strainer pots had a loose handle so we didn't use it and the blender had no blender just the base and the lid.-hot tub water was low were it went to my waist and we really had to sink in to be covered by the water. No directions on use of the hot tub and just had to push buttons to figure it out. Also jets were not working but found that they had been shut. Pine needles all over inside. We scooped most out. But with a pine tree above the tub I would figure they would be in the tub.Hot tub lid lift pole is broken and only had 1 pole and the second was missing. But does the job fine.the interior of the home seemed clean but when you look it has not been deep cleaned in sometime.
