  : The accommodationwas clean, in a good location and provided free coffee from a machine in the hall.
  : When we made the booking we had been looking for a room with a balcony. We found this hotel and booked a room with a balcony- which was on the confirmation email. When we arrived the room did not have a balcony. I enquired about this and a man came and, quite aggressively, told us the window was a balcony. I had to tell him it was a window. After a lot of back and forth they agreed to take 100 euro off the price. It should have been more but you want to relax on holiday, not argue about the price of your stay.On the last day I made a card payment with their staff via their card machine and left. A few weeks later I noticed the payment had been returned to my account. The hotel got in contact, said they accidentally hadn't taken the payment properly and demanded I send them my card details so they could take the payment again. I said no, but I could do an IBAN transfer. I did so and, within an hour, a second amount had been taken from my bank account from the hotel - even more than the agreed price for the hotel. I contacted the hotel and they said it had been a mistake and they would send a refund. After almost a week the money was returned to my account minus 30, which apparently were the bank transfer fees. I explain to the hotel that I should not have to pay bank transfer fees for a mistake they made but they refused to refund the money. After severalbooking.commessages and phone calls and weeks later the hotel contacted me and said they would pay me 19, which still isn't enough. The situation is still ongoingdespite my holiday being at the beginning of July and I have had to cancel my bank card as I am worried they will take more money from my account, without my permission. I would not stay here again and I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

  : The location is great if you want to stay close to the sea side and Chiaia neighborhood. Breakfast is not included but youll find coffee machine, tea bags and some snacks for the morning :) great value for money! A plus also the cleaning ladies, both really nice and kind

  : Lovely rooms, comfy beds, spacious and great location.
  : There wasnt any milk for tea or coffee and clean towels werent put in your room, they are stored in a cabinet outside your room. But apart from that it was a lovely stay!

  : Anne-Sophie was super responsive and gave great information as i had to do self check-in as i arrived late. Even sent videos on how to open the lock for the keys which was great and eased the mind upon arrival. I stayed in the Blu room and the bed is firm. Didn't bother me but may be bother some people!
