  : The appartment feels peaceful in the center of the chaotic city of Naples. It is clean, and its enough for four people.
  : The kitchen needs a microwave oven. We disliked doing the check in through a non-presential way. The stairway to access the appartment are super uncomfortable and they feel old. What we most disliked is that our Booking reserve included the access to the terrace and outdoor furniture, but when we arrived the host told us that we werent allowed to access the outside. We rented this appartment because of the outside terrace and we wont come back again.

  : The location is fantastic. The apartments were really beautiful and very tastefully furnished. The roof terrace of the top floor apartment, Don Francesco was palatial, with fantastic 360 degree views of Naples. Basic things like salt, oil and tea and coffee were provided, which makes it easier, especially for a short stay. Enrico was always available if we could not work out how to use an appliance. The water was lovely and hot and the the apartments lovely and warm.
  : The only improvement for us could be a little more kitchen equipment, as we do like to cook; a bit of extra crockery and glasses and kitchen pans and implements; this is especially true if you are renting several apartments, since it is nice to cook and eat together. It might have been good to have instructions about the induction hob in the apartment Don Benedetto Croce as it had a child lock on it, which we had to work out.Memory foam mattresses in our apartment, might not Beto everyones taste.

  : The location is excellent, in the very heart of the city. Despite the noisy area we were so high up we weren't disturbed at all. The building is very old but you wouldn't know it from the interior which feels very modern. The terrace was great although we didn't use it much because we were put off by the difficulty accessing it on the first day. Air conditioning very welcome during a heatwave. FYI the plates & glasses are in a cupboard behind the fridge - took a while to find because it doesn't look like a cupboard.
  : Obviously the stairs are hard work, but that shouldn't be a surprise as they're very clear in the description. A few things need some TLC but nothing too important. Soft pads on the chair legs in the kitchen would make it less noisy when moving them. A short handbook would be useful that explained how everything worked, bins, terrace access, etc. The video wasn't enough on its own.
