  : Have sent emails to the property management company with no response. Unit not clean, ants in kitchen and bathroom, no WiFi, no access to balcony, dirty towel left in bathroom, shower not working properly and hazardous shower curtain ( way to long tripping hazard)

  : Right on the beach. Fairly quiet.
  : Misrepresented. The patio door that allows access to the outdoor seating area was completely boarded up with 3 large sheets of plywood. If there was a fire on the one side you would never get out. We walked around outside, no other unit is boarded up. In addition, the two window on one on the gulf side one on parking lot side were completely filthy. My camera had a hard time focusing through the dirt. We specifically booked this unit, ground floor on the gulf because we had our 4 yr old grandson with us and wanted a safe place for him to play outside, out of the sun. There is a chair with the bottom broke out in the living room and I assume a patio umbrella in the corner of the living room. Sent a message to owner the day we arrived and did not get a reply, sent a message then through Booking.com. They sent another message on our behalf. Again no response. Do not rent this property based off pictures posted. We were very disappointed.

  : Beach acces
  : No internet for whole staying, called 4 times nobody called me back and resolved it , but promised. No access to WIFI at all. It required additional sign up like name of the owner and last digit of his SS number and his address.

  : It was right on the beach and had a very nice pool.
  : Beds uncomfortable No extra toilet paper No paper towels Shower curtain severely mildewed

  : There was no welcoming package. We didnt even receive a parking pass and had to ask around the property for one. A cleaning lady provided us one of hers.
  : The carpet in the master bedroom was disgusting. There was blood on the area rug in the living room and one the tile floor. The home smelled of chemicals. The shower didnt drain. We were standing in water after a few minutes. There was no fan or light in the bedroom; only a lamp. The patio furniture was unfit to be sat in. Rusted and falling apart. No blinds for privacy on sliding glass door. Being the first level, people could see right into the condo. Didnt appear carpet was vacuumed. Cleaning was very minimum.

  : Our second stay at Nautical Watch.You cannot beat the location. Away from the busier parts of the Beach (close to St. Andrews Park). The location makes it more relaxing and quiet, if that's what you're into.
  : Needs just a tad updating, but not too bad. May seem trivial, but the TV's could be much better.

  : The location was perfect i truly enjoyed watching the sun set from the balcony onver looking the wayer
  : The beds on my deployment were softer and i wish i would have brought my own pillows
