  : - Friendly staff who took time to explain the places to visit and who was willing to answer all the questions - Clear instructions for self check-in - Several restaurants just outside the location - 15-min walk to the train station - It was all clean - Possibility to leave the luggage after check-out
  : - The walls are very thin so you can hear everything from the neighbors. Luckily, I do not think all the rooms were booked and there was no loud couple or teenagers - The bathroom is very small with the toilet in one small corner and a tiny shower - There was no elevator (but it was only the 2nd floor) - It is close to the train station, but that means it is a longer walk (about 25-30 min) to the St Mark's square and longer if you want to go to the shore line (you can always take the Vaporettos, but those are 25 EUR/day) - I found the room rather small for the price (or maybe accommodation is more expensive in Venice vs other italian cities)

  : Short walk from train station. Very close to supermarket. Staff were very lovely and informative, providing us with a map and information of the city, and even bringing our bags down the stairs for us when checking out. Clean rooms and nice facilities.
  : Beds were a little bit hard.
