: More than one white/red wine glass would have been nice - there were loads of cocktail and beer glasses but we drank wine. A garlic crush would have been useful too. We made do though!

: Excellent accommodation. A fabulous apartment in a great location in a local area with a great bar next door and a local street of bars and restaurants behind. Christiano was very helpful and polite at check in, showing us around and explaining everything. All bedrooms were spacious and comfortable with en suite toilet for each bedroom. Bathrobes and slippers were a nice touch, especially for colder months to save cold feet on the floor. Living and dining areas are spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked and in pristine condition. The terrace was lovely and the views the apartment provides of the canal and Chiesa Di Santa Fosca are very nice.I would recommend to stay here and use this company again. Very happy with the service I received.
: Bath towels a bit too small. Toiletries difficult to open with wet hands in the shower. No Bluetooth speaker to listen to music whilst dining. No welcome foodstuffs in kitchen like coffee, milk, sugar, bread, hence slight downgrading of rating for value for money.

: Beautiful apartment. Very spacious and well equipped for a large family or adult group. Bathrooms were modern and spotless. Very comfortable beds and pillows. The kitchen and lounge again well equipped and spacious. Right on the waters edge with a lovely view of the square. Great outdoor terrace on the roof. Such a bonus. in a great location. Quiet, but with plenty of shops bars and good restaurants within a couple of mins walk.
: Just a couple of things. The bath towels were the size of hand towels and inadequate to dry with. The bed linen on the master bed was a little bit tired and needed upgrading. Otherwise it was fabulous.
