  : HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER! Even when you have issues, you have no way to solve them cause they do not respond! 1. They did not confirm my check-in request for hours and even 30mins after the check-in time. You can not access inside of the buiding without online check-in approval/email.2. I had waited outside of the building sweating for 30 mins calling the phone number which they never recieve. The other guest coming out from the door helped me to reach them by watchapp.3. Until 15:30 they didn't recieve even one call. Even NEVER appologize for that, ridiculously saying "you CAN NOT enter into the facility before 14:30 cause there's the cleaning company inside the rooms" when i finally talk with a staff. I was not asking to come in early, I was wondering why they did not confirm my check-in request even until after check-in time!!!!!4. Horrible communication and rude attitude. Never appologized or gave understandable/convincing excuse for that.
  : 1. First of all rude and lazy staff. Did not do their job and never appologize for an obvious fault of them.2. Location is far from city center. 25-30 mins by walk. So exhausting in summer.3. No way to solve problems if you have issues cause there is no staff to help4. The room window connected to small garden was broken. So i could not compeltely closed. I had to worry someone intrude inside and still my passport while i was out.

  : Great location! Next to an amazing canal with great food Choices. A little bit out from all the really busy tourist attractions which we loved, but close enough to walk and visit them all with ease! I was hesitant about sharing a bathroom, but it wasnt bad! Thankfully everyone staying was tidy enough.
  : Toilet paper wasnt restocked, and by the time we realised it was going to run out all the shops were closed. Had to ask the host to restock- which they did, but needs more if the bathroom is shared with 3 rooms of people! If toilet paper wont be restocked then maybe that should be mentioned in the room listing?

  : Perfect location near the train station, next to many restaurants, bars and fruit store
  : Instructions were a bit messy to check in (fyi the building is the last door at the hall) The rest was great

  : Really nice location. Good airco and apartment design. There is an exit to a small backyard, very nice. The bonus is a cold brew, we could store our drinks and fruits there. Nice security system.
  : There was no blanket on arrival in the room. Instead of a blanket, there was one blanket that smelled very bad. We haven't received any new shower towels in 7 days. Good shower, but poor cleaning in it. Very smelly water from the tap and shower, even when washed, there is still an unpleasant smell(perhaps this is the peculiarities of the water supply in Venice itself)
