  : Location was great! The staff were very friendly and helpful. They kindly gave us some snack breakfast food and a bottle of bubbles. We visited in Nov so the heating was very good. Highly recommend eating at their restaurant downstairs.The room was spacious, huge bathroom and a common area you can have a drink etc.
  : Outlet plugs work only if the main light switch is on so was unable to charge phone overnight as you dont want the main lights on. Pillows were very lumpy, need replacing

  : Good sized room, very nice staff. Asked for a couple of small requests and they were dealt with promptly. Very nice place and homely.
  : Very expensive. But it was Venice Biennale week!

  : If you appreciate a good night's sleep I would avoid. People outside our bedroom window from 5/6am loudly working woke us at the same time all 3 mornings of our stay.

  : Location was amazing. Bedroom with private bathroom was great but it was the access to the common rooms with many balconys on the canal that we loved the best. Only one other room so it was like having a huge apartment. Staff were very helpful and accessible
