  : Marina met us with the keys and kept in communication via WhatsApp, this was handy as our flight was delayed.

  : The AC was excellent and welcomed during the heat wave. The beds were comfortable, minus the pull out couch. Maybe a foam topper would improve the quality. We also took advantage of the washer as we were getting ready for the next leg of our trip. The apartment is located near shops, coffee houses, restaurants, etc. The Piazza San Marco was about approx a 30 minute walk from the apt. The bar downstairs was a nice surprise for us and great service. Over all it was a good Stay.
  : The overwhelming odor from the trash bags sitting inside the entrance corridor to the apartment. It was sitting there for the two days we were there and it smelled awful every time we came in/out. The welcoming of my family to the apartment for keys and instructions felt rushed and not very pleasant as he somewhat looked irritated by our arrival. Both bathrooms have mold on the shower.

  : the space is nice. there is a lot of effort made to make sure we get keys to the apartment. there are hired handlers to facilitate this process.
  : I was traveling with 4 senior citizens, 3 of which were 75. they were hot and very fatigued. I didn't realize it was a 10am check out. i asked for us to be able to leave some day bags at the room for a couple hours. their policy is to allow guest bags before check in but, adamantly, not after. repeatedly, they refused they refused. I ran it up to 'the boss,' Andrea Frontino who is the CEO of this "rent relax" company who touts 'speculative real estate investing" on his linked in profile. he said NO. My uncle had a stroke 2 days after this night. I'm not saying it's causation but I'd say that running an efficient business without any empathy or kindness will eventually catch up to you, Andrea.

  : Nice apartment. Central location between the main square and the train station. Good restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy walk to almost everything.
  : Very noisy at night-some type of bar was outside and was open late. Beds not comfortable. Air conditioning failed and we were informed while traveling from the airport to the apartment. The host company offered to refund our money so we could go elsewhere with new accommodations, but no help with an alternative. How do you find a place to stay in Venice last minute in the summer after traveling for over 18 hours? We stayed as we were tired and had no alternative. The next three nights were very hot and opening the windows for a breeze invited mosquitoes in. A small discount was offered, but nothing significant for the headache and bugbites. Poor customer service from the host. Not good for a family.
