  : Not much to like in this apartment to be honest. They didn't forced us to go to check-in place to leave the keys, guess that is a plus in some way.
  : The staff was very rude from the beginning. The apt is so far away from check-in place and nobody wants to welcome you in the apt. The air-conditioning was not working and we were dying sleeping in the heat of July. The apt is on 4th floor (fyi for some people). There is no cleaning lady, we had to even take our trash in 6h in the morning (thats when the boat passes). TV that was mentioned was smaller than office monitor. There are no toiletries. Furniture is very very old and not comfortable for sleeping. Most of everything is the heat. It was 39 degrees outside and both of the air-conditioning were set to turn off after few minutes and it never could cool the apt. The water pressure was so slow we had to take a shower at neighbors on last day. Thank good we met those people in restaurant below (recommendation for all visitors the small restaurant below).

  : Fantastic apartment, very spacious, it even had a formal dining room and a breakfast nook. Just one bathroom which was plenty big with a tub but with 6 people it gets busy. The place was located literally on the other side of the island from where you pick up the keys so that was a little annoying but still it was great.
  : There were a few things that did not make this a 10 out of 10, first the A/C is in the main room so if you want to close the door when you go to sleep you will be hot, we all had to leave the doors open for the air to circulate. Second there were no toiletries at all in this apartment not even hand soap to wash your hands after using the bathroom?? I mean this is managed by a hotel so you'd think they got toiletries already but nothing again not even hand soap. They sure let you know they will charge you $50 if you forget to take out the trash but can't be bothered to provide a mere bar of soap... There is no elevator and we were in the 4th floor so that was quite tiring after a whole day walking. They also had 0 basics in the kitchen, this was our 4th apartment in Italy and they all had coffee, tea, sugar salt and oil and vinegar, this one only had 3 boxes of salt. So yeah they could make it great but they seem lazy in that regard. I left a bag of sugar and some tea for the next people. Enjoy!

  : Nice apartment in a great location and also very quiet which is unusual for a tourist spots such as Venizia. Considering the popularity of Venezia, the price was very reasonable. 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room & bathroom. Balcony with a nice city view. Highly recommended.
  : Like everyone else commented, we had to collect the keys from another property ( around 2km myb) so it took us about an hour to walk and come back.

  : Very nice and spacious apartment. Good location - not far from the railway station.
  : Collecting the key was not ok. The property is in 5min walk from the station, but to collect the keys you have to go about 30 minutes to the other part of Venice. This can be easily solved with lockbox.

  : it was my first time that I had to pick up keys somewhere else, and I didn't get the information about it right. the checkin is very late, checkout too early. the doorbell was ringing at 9.55 am already, its stressful. and its hard to deposit bags in Venice when you arrive with the night train in the morning, and leave with the night train late in the evening. I understood that we can leave baggage at the apartment, but it wasn't so. the reception is 30 min walking from the apartment. I also get the wrong address, wasn't easy to find out the right one, although the employees I talked to very very nice and helpful, speaking good English. the apartment needs explanation concerning the heating, we were freezing on the first day, I didn't know how to turn it on and there was no extra blankets. coffee maker exploded because there is a filter was missing, still the machine was in the drawer. its dangerous. and we cleaned a lot.in the bathroom a sign says what I shouldn't do with the window, but it doesn't say how I could open window shade.in the kitchen a letter says that I should clean up when I leave, otherways there is € 50 penalty, but it doesn't say where to but organic waste e.g.!?it needs positiv, polite messages ad helpful informations for the guests for a pleasant stay.

  : great location. plenty of space. proper balcony. old fashioned charm.
  : You have to pick up the key at the other end of Venice to the apartment. That is over a mile distance with luggage, in the heat, over bridges, through hoards of tourists or requires negotiating unfamiliar water buses with luggage. The booking information does not inform you about this until after you have booked.Unacceptable. Otherwise, it is a 50 Euro additional charge and a big hassle arranging for the person with the key to come to the flat. We had to wait in the sun for him to arrive. if we had known about this we would not have booked. you also have to remove all rubbish and take it to different location. A function only possible between 6.30 to 8.30 am. Monday to Saturday. i don’t know what happens on a Sunday. some holiday. There is a fine of 50 euro if you don’t do it. 4 flights of stairs was ok for us but not for everyone.
