  : The following review is specifically for apartmentVIA SANTA LUCIA 36.Length of the stay was 10 days for two people. One person arrived on day 1. Second person arrived on day two. One person left on day 9. Other person left on day 10.Staff communicated via phone calls prior to and during our stay. Despite my husband contacting the office the day before and advising/confirming with the office staff of his arrival time, a staff member called my cell phone on the day of check in and woke me up at 2:00 am ( my time) requesting on arrival time confirmation. This was extremely inconvenient due to my flight leaving 7 hours later and I got no rest the night prior to my long flight ( travel time 20 + hours)Staff member will walk you to the apartment at the time of check in. Not easy to find on your own.We got 3 different responses from 3 different staff members about towels replacement. At the time of check in, we were told that we would get two fresh sets of towels every two days. On day two of our stay, when we stopped by the office to request transportation to the airport, we were told by a different staff member that we would receive a fresh set of towels every 3 days. On the same day, I requested information about it through the web communication and the reply was:Hello dear , the apartment is independent so you have all that you need at disposal, if you need something else is an extra. Regarding the towels will be changed every 3 days, the making up of the apartment is every 7 days. If you have any doubt or for info don't hesitate contact us. Best regardsAs the days went by, we didnt receive fresh towels until day 4 of our stay (after we stopped by the office and showed the message and requested replacement). Next set of towels were received on day 8 (after we physically went to front office and requested replacement). We didnt receive any making up of the apartment at all during our 10 day stay.

  : Very friendly and helpful staff who are always smiling and happy to help you. Rooms and lobby were very modern and comfortable.
  : On some occasions we did not have hot water for the shower.

  : I was surprised that the shower and the sink were in the room as it was not mentioned in any description. No privacy at all.

  : Almost everything was great. The employees at the accommodation were great. In particular, Pooya helped us a lot during our stay, from the late check-in to check-out, with his always smiling face.
  : In the morning was a bit noise of street.

  : The hotel locates near the port of Naples which makes it very convenient to travel to other destination. Also, walking to catch an airport bus was very nice.
  : It was a little bit hard to find the hotel at first because there was no lobby area downstairs. We need to enter passcode at the door twice and the instruction was confusing.
