  : The staff are warm and welcoming and Betty helpful. The grounds are beautiful and the facility was lovely and clean, and the food at breakfast and dinner was delicious.!
  : It was our first trip to phone, and this place was recommended to us, but it turned out, It was a little farther from the centre of Rome than we wouldve liked, we ended up spending a lot of money on taxis, and a taxi fares were inconsistent.

  : Unfriendly and unaccommodating staff. I booked this place because of location, WITH AIR CONDITIONING, the value for money and reviews Ive read.Air conditioning not working at all, no available electric fan, we were bitten by mosquitoes (took pictures and will post reviews @ google).

  : The staff were friendly and the hotel is well located for the conference centre and metro. The breakfast was open early
  : The air conditioning was not working. The staff provided a fan on the second day when I asked for it. The rooms are very basic

  : Location was good but very difficult to find in dark as not so well sign posted and I was directed to the adjacent dark municipal car park by Google map and felt very worried. I had to find the hotels number from booking.com app and had to ring the hotel, it took a long time to get to the hotel despite I was only there and very inconvenient with my luggage.
  : Very hot in the room, Ac not working, got a fan for 2nd night and third night returned late with hot food but room extremely hot and fan not working. I rang reception, he came tried switching fan which didnt work so took it with him. He called after some time to say he cant give me another fan as he doesnt have any spare ones. He then offered a room with ac which was in another building, a long walk from where I was. I had to pack all my stuff, take my hot food which was cold by then, shift to the new room. By the time I could eat my cold dinner was very late and inconvenient. This was a very difficult and sad experience but staff were not apologetic and was not very helpful.

  : The accommodation is basic but clean and spacious. I had come prepared and brought ear plugs with me as reviews mentioned that the walls were thin but honestly it didn't bother me at all. Really loved the building and grounds. Lovely atmosphere, really helpful staff, good choice at breakfast and located in a quiet setting. Handy for jumping on a bus back to the airport.
  : I didn't find anything about the property that did not meet with my expectations. I had read the reviews in advance and the property surpassed my expectations.

  : The breakfast was great, facilities were super clean and well kept. The Air Conditioning had been shut off even though the temperature was above 30 degrees C. It took the room a while to cool down at night with the window open, and I was really hot the first night until I figured out how to fully open the window.
  : The room was small. The AC wasn't turned on so the room was a bit hot.

  : The location is fine because very close to a metro stn and easy to get to from airport. Bathroom was large and the place was spotless. Tasty breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Pleasant grounds.
