  : The room was full of cockroaches. They were crackheads living in the room next-door.

  : Close to the interstate. Rosemary the front desk attendant was super friendly and apologetic about my (room(s)).
  : Where do I begin? Checked into a king suite (non-smoking room), room smelled like someone smoked 5 packs a day .... forever. I went back up to the front desk and Rosemary, who has got to be the most sweetest person ever, was so apologetic and moved me to another king suite. I stepped into that room and was greeted with roaches scattering everywhere. I closed the door and went right back to the office and again Rosemary was apologetic and she said she was embarrassed and then moved me to a regular room because they did not have any more king suites available. Upon entering the regular room again greeted with a crap ton of roaches. So I went back to the office and said let me go to the original king suite even though it reeked of smoke and she gave me Febreze to spray in the room. The Febreze did not mask anything. I know she tried her hardest and it is definitely not her fault but if you ever check into room 309, even though it is listed as a non-smoking room, be prepared to have a headache ( Like I do this morning ) because of the extreme smoke smell.
